Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Archfix, including through the Archfix WhatsApp number, the qc@archfix.ge mailbox and Archfix chat. By using Archfix you accept them.

The service

Archfix provides Archfix to construction companies under an agreement with each company. Your company decides who has an account and what each person may see and do.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Link only your own phone to the Archfix bot, and message it only from that phone.
• Tell your administrator or support@archfix.ge at once if you think someone else is using your account.

The AI assistant

• The assistant reads messages and proposes records. Nothing is saved until a person with the right permissions confirms it.
• AI can misread photos, handwriting, numbers and speech. Check every proposal before you confirm it; numbers read by AI are highlighted for that reason.
• The assistant cannot publish, approve or delete records, or send notices to stakeholders. Those always need a person.

Acceptable use

Do not use Archfix to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content, to impersonate someone, to try to get around permissions, or to disrupt the service.

Your content

Project records and files belong to your company. We use them only to provide Archfix, as described in the privacy policy.

Other services

Using Archfix through WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. Email to the Archfix mailbox travels through your own mail provider.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Archfix available and accurate, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on records that were confirmed without being checked.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
